Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Strategies4Agents.com (“Strategies4Agents,” “we,” operated by Strategies 4WARD LLC) collects, where it goes, and the choices you have. Strategies4Agents publishes business content for real estate agents, loan officers and related professionals. It is not a consumer home-search site and does not handle real estate transactions.

What we collect

There is one place on this site where you give us personal information: the “Ask” form.

• What you type into that form — your name and email address (both required), and optionally your phone number, what brings you here, your timeframe, and your question.
• The page you submitted from, and the ID of the professional whose link brought you here, so your question reaches the right person.

We do not ask for, and this site has no way to collect, financial account details, government ID numbers, or property information. We do not buy personal information about you from third parties.

Tracking

• No advertising trackers. This site runs no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, and no ad-network scripts. We use Google Analytics to see which articles get read and how people arrived — in aggregate, never joined to anything you type into the Ask form. • We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Where your submission goes

A submitted question is sent to the Studio4Agents platform and delivered to the professional whose link you arrived through — or to Strategies 4WARD LLC if you arrived without one. That professional can then contact you directly. If delivery fails (for example, our platform is briefly unavailable), your submission is held in a private, access-controlled queue and delivered when service is restored, rather than being discarded.

We use service providers to make that work — website hosting, the Studio4Agents platform and its database, the queue described above, an email delivery service, and Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. They process your information on our instructions in order to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.

How long we keep it

Submissions are retained in the Studio4Agents platform for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry, unless you ask us to delete yours. A submission that could not be delivered stops being retried after several attempts and is set aside for a person to look at; it is not deleted automatically, so that a failed delivery does not quietly become a lost enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets first-party cookies for attribution, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure usage. None of them are advertising cookies. The full list, what each one does, and how to opt out is on our Cookie & Advertising Disclosure page.

Your choices and rights

You can decline to submit the form; nothing else on this site asks for personal information. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of it, or its deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. To make a request, or to ask us to delete a submission, contact scott@hamiltonrealtygroupnc.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Children

This site is aimed at working professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security and international transfers

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information described here, including access-controlled storage for undelivered submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our service providers are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed there.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
