Cookie & Advertising Disclosure
Effective date: September 2, 2026
This page covers two things: the cookies Strategies4Agents.com uses, and our financial relationship to the products this site writes about. Both are short, because there is not much to disclose.
Cookies we use
All of them are first-party — set by this site, readable only by this site. None are advertising cookies.
- Attribution. When you arrive through a professional’s shared link, we store their ID so that if you later ask a question it reaches the person whose link you followed, rather than a stranger. This is the cookie that makes crediting the right person possible.
- Strictly necessary. Our hosting provider may set cookies required to serve and secure the site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which articles get read, how visitors arrived, roughly where in the world they are. It sets its own cookies and shares that information with Google, who processes it as our service provider. We use it to decide what to write next, not to identify you, and we do not send it your name, email, or anything you type into the Ask form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit with Google’s official opt-out browser add-on, or simply block cookies for this site in your browser.
We run no advertising pixels and no retargeting or ad-network tags. Analytics is the only third-party script on this site.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and doing so will not stop you reading anything here. The only consequence is that a question you submit may not be credited to the professional whose link brought you.
Advertising and material connections
This site is not neutral about the products it covers, and you should read it knowing that. Strategies4Agents is published by Strategies 4WARD LLC, the same company that builds and sells Studio4Agents. Articles here are written partly to interest you in that product, and the calls to action invite you to ask about it or to engage the author as a consultant. We benefit financially if you do.
We are also the publisher of Advice4Homeownership, a separate consumer-facing property, and content here may refer to it.
Where we mention third-party tools we do not control, we describe them as we find them. If we ever earn a commission on a third-party product we recommend, we will say so in the article itself rather than only here.
Agent branding on this site
Pages here may display a real estate professional’s name, photo and contact details, drawn from their own Studio4Agents profile, when you arrive through their link. That professional is a subscriber to our platform. Their appearance on a page is not an endorsement by them of everything on this site, and it does not mean they wrote the article.
