Who we are
Strategies4Agents.com (“Strategies4Agents,” “we,” “us”) is owned and operated by Strategies 4WARD LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. We publish business and marketing content for real estate agents, loan officers and related professionals — lead generation, production strategy, technology and the operating habits behind consistent results. This is our business-to-business publication; our consumer-facing property is Advice4Homeownership, published separately by the same company.
Our editor
Strategies4Agents is edited by Scott Gentry, a licensed real estate broker (NC license #365010, eXp Realty), who writes from his own experience building and running a real estate business. Scott’s brokerage services and any transactions he personally handles are conducted through his brokerage, not through Strategies 4WARD LLC — Strategies4Agents itself does not hold a real estate license, is not a brokerage, and does not represent buyers or sellers in a transaction.
